Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes things come up and may need to cancel, I do charge the full cost of the service that is booked for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment. There is also a 10 minute late policy. After ten minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you are considered a no-show and will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
